SEASONAL CHEF We’re looking for a highly capable, experienced chef to join us for the summer season at INDIDOG Eatery in Falmouth.
This is a 5-month fixed-term role covering late April to the end of August, created to support our established kitchen team through a busy coastal season. The focus is on strong prep, staying ahead of service, supporting holiday & sick cover, and bringing calm, capable energy to a fast-paced kitchen.
This role is best suited to someone who already understands the demands of a busy seasonal kitchen and can work independently, efficiently and without fuss. We’re looking for a chef who can quickly recognise what a Head Chef needs, take responsibility for their part, and genuinely help the team stay organised and ready for service.
It could be a brilliant fit for someone between roles, planning travel later in the year, would like the majority of their day with children or looking for a focused seasonal position without the pressure of senior management. With an open kitchen and harbour views, and likely mainly daytime / prep-led shifts, it’s a strong opportunity for the right person.
