Duties

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards
• Supervise and manage kitchen staff, including training and mentoring team members
• Oversee food production processes to ensure consistency, quality, and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area in compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and minimise waste
• Ensure all food safety protocols are adhered to at all times
• Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery
• Assist in menu planning and development to reflect current trends and customer preferences
• Monitor food quality during preparation and presentation Skills
• Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management
• Supervising experience within a hospitality or restaurant environment
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage a team effectively
• Excellent knowledge of food safety standards and regulations
• Skilled in food production techniques and culinary arts
• Experience in restaurant service and hospitality operations
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality
