What You’ll Do
– Prepare and cook meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner with minimal wastage
– Deliver fine dining for functions and hospitality events
– Support and coach new team members on kitchen standards and procedures
– Follow recipe cards and maintain food quality
– Assist with stock checks, food orders, and kitchen records
– Monitor temperatures and complete due diligence paperwork
– Help with daily and weekly kitchen deep cleans.
What We’re Looking For

Relevant culinary qualification (706/1 or 706/2 or equivalent)
–
A confident chef and excellent team player
–
Flexibility and ability to innovate
–
UK residency for the past 3 years & ability to pass security vetting and DBS checks
