Hourly Rate: £18.11 As a Chef de Partie, you will be instrumental in delivering this variety – confidently moving between fine dining, vibrant salads, refined canapés, hot fork buffets, and plated service for executive-level guests.

The Role

Take ownership of your section, maintaining high standards across a wide range of hospitality styles Follow recipes and specifications with consistency, ensuring accurate allergen and due diligence compliance Maintain a clean, organised workstation, adhering to correct labelling and stock rotation procedures Support senior chefs with ordering, stock control, and preparation planning Work collaboratively with the wider kitchen team, stepping into different sections as required

• Prepare and deliver food for:
• Meeting room hospitality
• Fine dining private dining rooms
• Boardroom dining
• PS03 canapé, buffet, and plated events
• Level 18 deli, lounge bar, and pastry support

About You

Previous experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or Chef de Partie within Michelin-starred, Rosette-awarded, 5-star hotel, or high-end B&I environments Strong technical foundation, excellent knife skills, and keen attention to detail A genuine passion for learning and developing across all sections – hot kitchen, cold kitchen, pastry, and events
