- Head Chef
Cafe Kitchen We are hiring a reliable Head Chef to support a busy cafe kitchen. You will prepare fresh food, keep high hygiene standards, and support daily service. Our cafe is growing in reputation for excellent food and service. Come and join our winning team.
Immediate start available. Wage will be dependant on experience.
- Hours
- Full time hours. Weekend and weekday shifts included
- Flexible rota based on business needs Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook breakfast, lunch, and light snack menu items
- Design Daily/Weekly specials
- Ability to design own menu
- Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards at all times
- Manage stock ordering/ rotation and reduce waste
- Work closely with front of house staff during service
- Keep kitchen areas clean, organised, and ready for inspection What You Bring
- Experience working in a cafe or small/large kitchen
- Strong food hygiene knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure during busy periods
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
