- What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading a section within a high-performance kitchen
- Delivering consistently exceptional dishes to Michelin-star standards
- Supporting and mentoring junior chefs
- Maintaining impeccable hygiene and organisational standards
- Contributing to the creative and technical development of dishes
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Senior CDP or strong CDP in a Michelin-starred or high-end fine dining kitchen
- Exceptional attention to detail and consistency
- A deep passion for innovation and modern cuisine
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Calmness under pressure in a fast-paced environment
