Chef de Partie – WILD At WILD, everything begins with the ingredient.
We are a seasonal, farm-led restaurant built around close relationships with our farm, growers, foragers, and producers. Our menu is constantly evolving — shaped by what’s truly at its best.
Just six months in, we’re building something thoughtful, ambitious, and long-term — and we’re looking for a talented Chef de Partie to grow with us.
This is a kitchen for chefs who care — about flavour, about produce, and about doing things properly.
The Role
As Chef de Partie, you’ll take real ownership of your section — cooking with precision, consistency, and pride.
You’ll work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef, contributing not just to service, but to the ongoing development of dishes driven by the seasons and the produce we work with every day.
This is a hands-on role in a kitchen where your input matters.
