Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring the highest quality of food production, and providing excellent hospitality to our guests. If you have a strong culinary background, exceptional cooking skills, and a passion for creating delicious dishes, we would love to hear from you.
Wyndham cafeteria, based in one of the historical arcades in Cardiff city centre, opened just over a year ago, and has built a reputation serving all day breakfast using local suppliers with a focus on quality.
Our goal is to provide a more refined take on the classic full English breakfast – with the occasional twists that let us excel in what we do and set trends!
The company is well established with a pedigree of quality focused outlets. The ethos is to support local suppliers as well as providing our team with the autonomy to be able to develop their skills.
We are looking for chefs with experience in working in fast paced environment, who are comfortable in an open kitchen and who are as confident working independently as they our working in a team.
Hours will be circa 8am-3pm, with a requirement for weekend working also.
Applications from full time are preferred, but regular part time staff will also be employed.
