Chef de Partie- The Witchery, Edinburgh Salary £28,000 plus bonus and a share of the staff gratuities (renumeration package circa £) One of Edinburgh’s most celebrated restaurants, The Witchery is set within a collection of historic buildings dating back to 1595 at the gates of Edinburgh Castle and is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our exceptional team.

Established in 1979 by James Thomson, The Witchery sits at the historic heart of Edinburgh’s Old Town. Steeped in centuries of rich Scottish history, it is renowned for its opulent setting, award-winning dining, and unforgettable guest experience.

Our Package Includes:

• Competitive salary of £28,000 per annum plus a share of the staff gratuities (renumeration package £)
• 45 hours per week, working shift pattern 3 days on 3 days off
• 28 days holiday, rising to 32 after 5 years’ service
