Chef De Partie

We are currently looking for a skilled Chef de Partie to join the team at this popular fine dining restaurant with a fantastic reputation for consistent quality.
The menus are created using the best seasonal ingredients with dishes a mixture of Modern and Classic British cooking.
This is an opportunity to learn under a great Head Chef in a regionally recognised property and award winning kitchen
The role will involve running a section on a daily basis and assisting with daily prep
Additionally, live-in accommodation is available for this position, or it may suit candidates living near Stamford, Market Deeping, Oakham, Corby, or the Peterborough area with their own transport.
