From seasonal restaurant menus to signature afternoon teas , and elegant wedding breakfasts to tailored private events , our food offering is diverse, dynamic, and always evolving. As a Chef de Partie, you’ll play a key role in delivering dishes that surprise and delight every time.

• Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
• Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes across all sections, including:
• Restaurant service
• Afternoon teas
• Weddings and corporate events
• Supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef with day-to-day kitchen operations
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and compliant work environment
• Support team member to ensure smooth service
• Contributing ideas to seasonal menus and event catering What We’re Looking For:
• Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment (hotel/event experience is a bonus)
• A genuine passion for cooking and an eye for detail
• Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
• A team player who’s reliable, organised, and eager to learn
