Chef de Partie – Full-Time Position, live out We are looking for a passionate and reliable Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team at the Mason’s Arms, a popular countryside pub known for its high-quality food, seasonal menus, and welcoming atmosphere.

The Role
As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running your own section and ensuring that dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standards. You will work closely with the Senior Sous Chef and Head Chef, contributing to a smooth and efficient kitchen service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and run your designated section during prep and service
- Prepare and cook dishes to a high standard of quality and consistency
- Maintain excellent food hygiene and safety standards at all times
- Ensure your section is well-organised, clean, and fully stocked
- Work efficiently during busy service periods
- Support junior team members where needed
- Assist with stock rotation and minimising waste
- Follow recipes and presentation guidelines accurately What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up
- Passion for cooking with fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Good knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn What We Offer
