Senior Sous Chef – Full-Time Position, Live Out We are seeking an experienced, driven, and creative Senior Sous Chef to join our team at the Mason’s Arms, a highly regarded countryside pub known for its seasonal menus, quality ingredients, and relaxed yet refined dining experience.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strong Sous Chef ready to step up, or an established Senior Sous Chef looking to take ownership within a supportive and ambitious kitchen.
About Us The Mason’s Arms is a destination pub in the heart of the Gloucestershire countryside, offering a menu that blends traditional British pub classics with modern influences. We focus on fresh, locally sourced ingredients, changing menus regularly to reflect the seasons, and maintaining high standards of presentation and flavour.
The Role
As Senior Sous Chef , you will be the right hand to the Head Chef and a key leader within the kitchen brigade. You will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the kitchen, ensuring smooth service, consistency, and high standards at all times.
You will also be expected to take full control in the Head Chef’s absence, making this a pivotal leadership role within the business.
