• What will I be doing?
• –
• Primary responsibility will be staff restaurant for 200+ team members
• –
• Working hours are 8am till 4pm – 5 days out of 7

• Contributing to menu creation for team member restaurant
• –
• Ensure consistency in quality of dishes at all times
• –
• Comply with company policies and procedures
• –
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene, Health and Safety, and stock procedures
• What are we looking for?

– Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Demi Chef de Partie.
