Being a Chef de Partie means you’re at the heart of our kitchen, bringing creativity, skill, and energy to every dish. You’ll be leading your station with precision and passion, collaborating with the team to ensure that every plate leaving the kitchen is a masterpiece. With your love for cooking and commitment to quality, you’ll help create an unforgettable dining experience that keeps guests coming back for more.
What You’ll Do:
- Station Mastery: Take ownership of your station, preparing and plating dishes to perfection while keeping consistency and quality as your top priority.
- Prep Like a Pro: Handle ingredient prep, manage inventory for your section, and make sure everything is ready to go before service starts.
- Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with the Head Chef and the rest of the team to maintain a seamless flow in the kitchen, ensuring everyone is in sync during service.
- Maintain Standards: Follow recipes and plating guidelines to uphold the restaurant’s high standards. Your attention to detail will ensure every dish is a hit.
- Keep It Clean: Maintain cleanliness and organization of your station, following health and safety protocols to keep the kitchen a safe space.
What We’re Looking For:
- You have proven experience as a Chef De Partie, or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Culinary qualifications are a bonus, however a passion for food is what counts most!
- You’ve got hands on experience in all aspects of food prep, cooking and plating.
- Whether it’s grilling, sautéing, or baking, you know how to bring out the best in every dish.
- Every dish is important, and you’re committed to delivering consistency and excellence every time. You’re focused on the little things that make a big difference.
- You’re the ultimate teammate, always ready to pitch in and keep the energy high.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment, keeping a cool head when the heat is on and handling multiple orders with ease and precision.
