We are looking for a Daytime Chef to join our fabulous kitchen team working between the hours of 8.30am-5pm Tuesday to Saturday (Set days off – Sunday and Monday)
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
· Supporting the team to prepare a range of meals, everything is freshly prepared and cooked on site. The Cafe serves a full breakfast and lunch menu.
· Support the speed and efficiency of service and drive menu development, maintaining high standards throughout the menu All our cakes, tray bakes and sweet and savoury scones are baked daily on site. There is a fabulous amount of creative freedom on what bakes you would like to introduce to excite visitors · Support Food Safety, Hygiene and cleanliness standards within the Kitchen, including environmental health aspects.
· Manage and continue to improve waste maintenance and ensure processes are robust
