Duties

• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations throughout shifts
• Monitor cooking processes to ensure timely delivery of dishes
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
• Restock ingredients and supplies as needed to ensure efficient workflow
• Assist in plating and presentation of dishes for service Qualifications
• Previous experience in a professional kitchen or restaurant environment is essential
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
• Understanding of food safety standards and hygiene practices
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
