At No.1 Whitstable we have just celebrated our first birthday.
now on the lead up to summer we are looking for a passionate and dedicated commis or chef de partie to help us through summer & provide cover through the quiet months.
This position is for either an already established chef de partie or a strong commis looking to take the next step. The perfect candidate will be willing to learn, adapt and enjoy what they do.
We are a small plates restaurant. Currently operation Sunday – Thursday 9am – 5pm, Friday & Saturday 9am – 9pm. With summer hours being extended to 9am – 9pm 7 days a week The successful candidate will we working closely along side the sous chef & head chef in running an effective and busy kitchen.
