We now have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Head Chef with a passion for delivering consistent, high-quality food in a fast-paced kitchen. This role will be supporting the Executive Chef in the overall kitchen operations for the hotel.
As a Head Chef, you will receive:

The ideal candidate for the Head Chef role will:
– Be fanatical about standards and genuinely care about the quality of the food they prepare
– Highly confident in kitchen operations, food safety standards, food costing and people management
– Share our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment and Care
– Have previous experience as a Head Chef or Executive Sous Chef
