About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef to join our team at Prezzo Italian. As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen team, ensuring high-quality food, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Your Responsibilities:

Lead a high-performing kitchen team, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Develop and implement menus, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
Collaborate with the front-of-house team and support centre to align operational, commercial, and guest-focused goals.
Manage kitchen operations, controlling costs, and maintaining high levels of efficiency.
Mentor and develop emerging culinary talents, creating opportunities for growth and career progression.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Possession of relevant qualifications (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ) and/or equivalent experience.
Excellent understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Strong financial awareness and cost-control abilities.
