The Inkspot is a newly opened gastro pub restaurant in the centre of Leek. We are in an exciting growth phase, with plans to develop the venue further, including the launch of a function and events space.
We are looking for an experienced Chef to support our kitchen team and work closely with the Head Chef in delivering consistent, high-quality food.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
- Running service and maintaining standards
- Assisting with prep, stock rotation, and organisation
- Ensuring cleanliness and food safety standards

- Good understanding of kitchen structure and service flow
- Reliable, hardworking, and team-focused
- Willing to step up and take responsibility when needed
