Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and present a wide range of premium Mithai (Pakistani, Indian & Bengali sweets) and desserts.
• Take full ownership of the Mithai section, from daily production to final presentation.
• Maintain excellent hygiene, stock control, and organizational standards.
• Ensure consistency and quality across all Mithai products.
• Train and mentor junior chefs, fostering a collaborative and positive team culture.
• Manage staff and assign responsibilities to achieve production targets
• Ensure all sweets meet required taste standards.
