WEEKEND COOK / CHEF – DAYTIME HOURS
We’re looking for an experienced cook/chef to take the lead at our kitchen at Southdown Gun Club, north of Findon, working Saturdays & Sundays, daytime only.
This role suits a confident, capable cook who enjoys running a small service, working with good food, and delivering a relaxed but efficient experience for customers.
What you’ll be doing:
Cooking and serving a varied hot food menu
Breakfast service in the morning
Lunch specials
Savouries, cakes & hot drinks
Advance prep and day-to-day kitchen organisation
Counter service and customer interaction
Working alongside our chef, with support on busier days
We’re looking for someone who:
Has solid cook/chef experience
Is organised, calm and capable during service
Is reliable and trustworthy
Is happy working front-facing as well as in the kitchen
Takes pride in producing consistent, good-quality food
Can drive (essential due to rural location)
Hours:
8:30am – 3:30pm
Every Saturday & Sunday
Location:
Southdown Gun Club, north of Findon
(Own transport required)
We also operate a street food van and catering company, with opportunities for additional work across the business for the right chef!
