Head Chef

Job Summary We are seeking pizza and pasta chefs to join our team @ salentinos polmont and deliver exceptional dining experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, and ensuring all food safety standards are met. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a passionate culinary professional to showcase their skills within a dynamic hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes in accordance with menu specifications and presentation standards.
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop new menu items and improve existing offerings.
• Ensure all food production meets quality, portion control, and cost standards.
• Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and minimise waste efficiently. Qualifications
• Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen within a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
• Skilled in food production, presentation, and culinary techniques.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and high standards of service.
• Good organisational skills Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
• Pay: £13.20-£14.00 per hour
• Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
