Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head Chef specializing in Authentic Indian and Continental cuisine to lead our kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will bring creativity, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of traditional Indian flavors alongside classic and modern Continental dishes.
Lead and manage all kitchen operations.
Design and execute authentic Indian and Continental menus.
Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality.
Develop seasonal specials and innovative dishes.
Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen staff.
Ensure food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
Manage food costing, inventory, and vendor coordination.
Monitor portion control and minimize waste.
