With 32 stylish rooms, a thriving Bistro and Dining Room, and a strong 4.5* TripAdvisor rating, our hotel is a sought-after stop for walkers, adventurers, and food-lovers alike.
We’re looking for a talented and passionate Head Chef – someone ready to make their mark, lead a committed team, and further enhance our culinary reputation. This role is perfect for an ambitious rising star or an established chef eager for a new challenge in a vibrant and unique location.
- What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience with fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients
- Strong technical and leadership skills
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Creative flair in both design and execution
- Passion for high standards and exceptional guest experiences
- Fluent English communication
- Hotel kitchen experience preferred
- Intermediate Food Hygiene (REHIS or similar) a bonus Your Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day kitchen operations
- Inspire and train the kitchen team
- Oversee food ordering, prep, and stock control
- Maintain high health & safety standards
- Support management in meeting business goals
