It is important to us that everyone in the team brings positive energy to support our happy and fun environment, as we strive to build a community of diverse backgrounds and life experiences, where we care about careers and not just jobs.As a Staff Restaurant Head Chef, your main duties and expectations for the role will include: Take ownership for the correct preparation of MEP & service for the hotel staff restaurant to the highest standard. To work with Executive chef on menu planning, delivery, stock control & ordering. To comply & maintain food standards daily, including the quality of produce served to the hotel teams. To produce food in a timely fashion & proactively adjust when required.
