Head Chef Snapshot:
• Package £70,000 (£65,000 base and £5k Tronc)
• Covers of around 40
• Fully staffed
• Accommodation provided for upto 2 months
• 3aa Rosette property
• Working closely with local colleagues and schools for talent
• Please note you must have worked at 3aa Rosette or Michelin level (minimum) to be taken through for this role.
