A support worker is required to work with a local independent housing provider to support vulnerable adults with their housing support needs.
No previous experience is necessary – the main qualities we seek are excellent communication skills, reliability and a willingness to learn.
The role includes:
Planning and administering support in line with housing support needs:
Preventing homelessness
Support capability, independence, skills and confidence to maintain a stable and suitable home.
Basic IT skills and cooking skills (home cooking set menu on one site) are required.
Cleaning required in communal areas of projects.
An enhanced DBS check will be completed as part of the role therefore applicants must have a clean criminal record.
Work locations are all in Llandudno – driving is not required.
Shift pattern is a 4 week pattern:
Core work hours are between 8am and 11pm with one weekend working every 4 weeks.
40hrs a week.
