What you’ll do:

• Keep our kitchen and catering areas spotless, ensuring all surfaces, utensils, and equipment are clean, safe, and ready for use.
• Follow food safety and health & safety standards, using cleaning equipment correctly and reporting any hazards or faulty items promptly.
• Help maintain an organised and tidy kitchen, including stores and equipment, while using materials efficiently to avoid waste.
• Support your team by covering other areas when needed and assisting with training or any day-to-day kitchen needs.
• Respond quickly to any issues or concerns, including customer or team feedback, escalating them appropriately.
• Maintain a professional appearance and high standards of personal hygiene, while following all company and client policies. What you bring:
• Previous experience in kitchen operations and working effectively within a team.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and coach others to improve individual and team performance.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with customers, clients, and colleagues at all levels.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills through training and hands-on experience.
