About Us Lazaat Hotel is a well-established, independent 43-bedroom hotel located just west of Hull and close to the historic town of Beverley.
We are known for hosting memorable wedding celebrations, private gatherings & medical meetings; a trusted destination for quality hospitality and diverse catering services across Hull and the surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook cuisine for a variety of events, specifically Pakistani and Indian Weddings, conferences, & private celebrations
- Manage food preparation for larger scale events that require Pakistani & Desi catering
- Work collaboratively with the Head Chef to oversee stock control and ordering of ingredients for events that require Pakistani & Desi catering
- Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations Why Choose Us?

- Experience in a professional kitchen setting, within a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Previous experience using a Tandoor would be beneficial
- Good understanding of food safety regulations
- The ability to work calmly under pressure
- Good organisational skills
- A hands-on approach with a passion for delivering authentic flavours with consistency and quality Located approximately 1hour 15minute drive from Bradford City Centre
