Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Italian Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive culinary experience specialising in Italian cuisine, with a strong focus on food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the kitchen team, oversee food production, and deliver authentic Italian dishes that delight our guests. Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook authentic Italian dishes in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards
• Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure smooth daily operations
• Oversee food production processes, maintaining consistency and quality across all menu items
• Manage food safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
• Coordinate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely serving of dishes and optimise customer satisfaction
• Monitor inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and manage stock rotation efficiently
• Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive team environment centred on culinary excellence
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area in line with hygiene standards
• Contribute to menu development by introducing innovative ideas while respecting traditional Italian cuisine Requirements
• Proven experience in a similar role within a restaurant or hospitality environment specialising in Italian cuisine
• Supervising experience with demonstrated leadership skills in a busy kitchen setting
• Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food safety practices
• Excellent knowledge of Italian culinary techniques and ingredients
• Ability to manage team members effectively, fostering teamwork and high performance
• Experience in food production and restaurant service operations
• Good organisational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently under pressure
• Previous experience in hospitality or serving roles is advantageous but not essential
• A genuine passion for Italian cuisine and delivering exceptional dining experiences Pay: £12.21-£19.36 per hour
