We are seeking a skilled and experienced Indian Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in authentic Indian cuisine, with the ability to prepare high-quality dishes consistently and efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of traditional Indian dishes (curries, dosas, biryanis, etc.)
- Maintain high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation
- Manage kitchen operations and ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering supplies
- Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and management Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Temp to perm
- Contract length: 6 months
- Pay: £12.21-£14.41 per hour
- Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
