We are opening a new Mediterranean-style food concept in Windsor, focusing on fresh, simple dishes and efficient service.

We are looking for a reliable and hard-working Grill & Prep Chef to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing ingredients (vegetables, meats, marinades)
• Cooking on grill and fryer (chicken, wraps, street food-style dishes)
• Assembling dishes following clear standards
• Maintaining fast and consistent service during busy periods (especially summer and group service)
• Keeping the kitchen clean and organiser
• What We’re Looking For:
• Previous kitchen experience (Mediterranean, Turkish or fast-paced kitchens preferred)
• Quick, efficient and able to work at a good pace
• Reliable, responsible and consistent
• Able to follow systems and maintain food quality
• A team player who can support group service when needed
• Basic English for communication in the kitchen Working Style:
