We are currently seeking a talented Viennoiserie Chef (Mat cover) to join our team at our state of the art; exceptionally equipped production kitchen located near Battersea.

Working Hours:
Straight shifts, 48 hours a week 5am-3pm shift pattern
Flexibility to also work at our Birley Bakery, located in Chelsea Green, SW3
What you will do:
Responsible for the precise preparation, shaping, and baking of traditional and contemporary viennoiserie items, ensuring exceptional standards of quality and consistency
Prepare and bake a wide variety of high-quality products including breads, viennoiserie and pastries
To support the Senior Bakers and assist in the supervision of junior team members,
What are we looking for?
1–3 years’ experience in a bakery or pastry kitchen.
Exposure to artisanal baking techniques and production environments
Experience working in a team and supporting senior kitchen staff.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
