Restaurant Host/Hostess job opening for JOIA at art'otel Battersea Power Station We are hiring a Host/ess to join our team at JOIA, our restaurant, bar, and rooftop located on the 14th, 15th and 16th floor of art'otel Battersea Power Station with iconic views overlooking Battersea Power Station.

Conceptualised by two Michelin-starred Portuguese Chef Henrique Sa Pessoa.

JOIA will celebrate dishes showcasing Henrique's vibrant, unique, and fresh take on traditional dishes using the best of British and Iberian produce sourced locally.

As our Host/Hostess, you will receive:

• Salary: It is anticipated you will receive from £12.44 (minimum contracted rate) to £16.50 (rate inclusive of TRONC) per hour worked – inclusive of an independently administered TRONC allowance

As our Host/Hostess, you will:

• Take pride in exceeding guests' expectations and be able to anticipate guests' needs and deliver a memorable experience
• Be a passionate and highly motivated Team player with the ability to inspire your team
• Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
• Fully flexible to work in shifts on a Rota basis
• Escort customers to their assigned tables in the dining and bar areas
• Ensure our Lunch and Dinner services run smoothly, delivering memorable experiences with a 5-star service
• Manage bookings and know about reservation systems such as OpenTable, SevenRooms, etc.
