• Salary: It is anticipated you will receive from £13.48 (minimum contracted rate) to £15.50 (rate inclusive of TRONC) per hour worked – inclusive of an independently administered TRONC allowance

• The ideal candidate for the Host/ess role will:
• Be passionate about working within a family lead team
• Want to work with the best Italian, seasonal products
• Have impressive knowledge of managing bookings from the first enquiry to initial delivery of information to all departments for reservations to semi-private group bookings
• Have strong email and phone etiquette and communication skills
• Manage a guest list with confidence
• Have experience with set menu bookings
• Fully flexible to work in shifts on a Rota basis
• Ensure our services run smoothly, delivering memorable experiences
• Manage bookings and know about reservation systems such as OpenTable, Seven Rooms, and Design My Night
