Sous Chef

Job Summary Join our culinary team and deliver exceptional dining experiences.

We are looking for a strong Sauce Chef to support our kitchen team and work closely with the Head Chef in delivering consistent, high-quality food.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the head chef to optimise the daily kitchen operation
• Running service and maintaining standards
• Assisting with prep, stock rotation, and organisation
• Training and guiding junior chefs
• Ensuring cleanliness and food safety standards

• Proven experience as a Chef with a track record of delivering high-quality dishes
• Good understanding of kitchen structure and service flow
• Ownership, accountability, reliable, hardworking, and team-focused
• Willing to step up and take responsibility when needed
