• Assistant Brunch Chef (Full Time)

Elixis – 123 Gloucester Road, SW7 4TE We are looking for a full-time Assistant Brunch Chef to join our kitchen team at Elixis, a busy neighbourhood brunch restaurant in South Kensington.

Weekend availability is essential.

• Working Hours:
• Typically 7:00am – 4:30/5:00pm (depending on service)

About the Role:

You will be working alongside our Head Chef and team to deliver high-quality, consistent brunch dishes in a fast-paced environment. Our menu is ingredient-led and made fresh daily, with dishes such as Turkish eggs, crème brûlée French toast and our signature Full English .

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being busy, takes pride in their work, and wants to grow within a strong kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and cooking brunch dishes to a high standard
• Assisting with daily prep and maintaining kitchen organisation
• Ensuring consistency, quality and presentation of all dishes
• Supporting service during busy periods
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards at all times
