• Sous Chef – RNAS Yeovilton Location: Yeovil
• Salary: £15.73 per hour

• What You’ll Do
• Support the Head Chef with menu creation, prep, and smooth daily operations
• Lead, train, and motivate the kitchen team
• Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation, and consistency
• Manage stock, ordering, and waste reduction
• Uphold strict food safety and hygiene standards
• Control food costs and support budget targets
• Step up to run the kitchen in the Head Chef’s absence
• Deliver dishes that meet client and customer expectations, including dietary needs What You’ll Bring
