We are looking for a Hospitality Sous Chef to join our wonderful site in London.Location: EC2V 7QNSalary: 42,000 per annumWorking Pattern: predominantly Monday- Friday, 06:30am-3:30pm, 40 hours per weekKey responsibilities will include: To invent and create menus that are in line with client and customer needs To produce food in a timely fashion to ensure smooth service to the customers To enjoy the food you produce and ensure they are ‘picture perfect’ every time To assist in developing and producing new service styles and food concepts To communicate with the relevant parties requirements for planned menus Our ideal Candidate will:Basic hygiene training is beneficialContract catering background is highly desirable Strong organisational skills and the ability to work quickly Good teamwork and communication with other staff are essentialBe friendly and approachable as you will be part team of 9 chefsMeets high standards for food quality and safetyHelp create new menus and maintain a positive team environmentWhat’s in it for you?
