Duties

• Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and preparation.
• Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with regulations.
• Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Assist in managing inventory, ordering supplies, and minimising waste.
• Train new kitchen staff on procedures, techniques, and best practices.
• Create an inspiring atmosphere that encourages teamwork and creativity. Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Strong knowledge of food production techniques and food safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
• Passion for culinary arts with a creative approach to menu development.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
