We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. You will be responsible for running your section efficiently, maintaining high standards, and contributing to the creativity and consistency of our tapas offering.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for your designated section during service
- Prepare and present dishes to a consistently high standard
- Ensure all food is cooked and served in a timely manner
- Maintain excellent hygiene and food safety standards
- Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
- Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to maintain kitchen standards What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis ready to step up
- Passion for Spanish cuisine or tapas-style cooking (preferred but not essential)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
