Grimsby Golf Club is a members club that is open seven days a week.
We serve meals and drinks everyday not only for our club members but we are open to the public as well as visitors coming to play our stunning golf course. Plus we host private functions, golfing events, weddings quiz nights and social events. Everyday can be different

You will be supporting the kitchen in all areas of our operation. The ideal candidate will be able to prepare and cook along with the other routine tasks of a commercial kitchen. We are looking for a keen, flexible and motivated individual to work within our existing team.
We host a wide range of golf match dinners, social events, functions and private and corporate dinners, during a typical year.
Responsibilities: –
Assist, Prepare and Cook meals according to our menu and to a high standard
Ensure food safety guidelines are strictly followed during all stages of food handling and cooking process
Knowledge of food hygiene and allergens
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area including pot washing
Complete relevant paperwork and records as required
Able to follow instruction and multitask.
Have good communication and able to work well in a team is a must
Assisting with deliveries and adhering to stock rotation.
Experience Required as it can be fast Paced and demanding kitchen.
Must be able to work Daytimes, Evenings, Weekends and Bank Holidays
