Responsibilities as Head Chef

• Lead the kitchen and deliver high-quality food across events
• Design and evolve seasonal menus
• Manage GP, costings, and stock control
• Train, motivate, and develop the kitchen team
• Maintain high standards of food safety and presentation
• What We’re Looking For
• Experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up
• Proven creative flair and passion for fresh food
• Strong understanding of costings and kitchen performance
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team
• Passion for working with local, seasonal produce
