We are a well-established Chinese restaurant in Windsor, specialising in authentic Chinese cuisine.

We are currently looking for an experienced Wok Chef to handle fried rice and noodle dishes .

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Chinese restaurant or Chinese takeaway kitchen
• Strong experience specifically in Chinese fried rice and noodle dishes
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Consistent cooking standard and good portion control
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team
• Legal right to work in the UK Responsibilities:
• Prepare Chinese fried rice and noodle dishes to a consistent standard
• Maintain speed and quality during busy service
• Work closely with the kitchen team
