Excellent Opportunity with luxury Hotel & Restaurant in Uppingham area Pastry Chef. A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based in the Uppingham area for a Pastry Chef to work in their busy Hotel Restaurant and Bar. As part of a dedicated brigade you will be assist the Head Chef in serving fresh food for the guests in the fine dining restaurant, bar and functions/celebrations. The chef is looking for a chef with strong pastry skills as you will run that section.

The Role
- Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs
- Working in the hotel kitchen using fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Preparing and plating meals for lunch and dinner service and weddings/celebrations
- Pastry Background essential as you will run that section
- The Person
- You will already be a CDP or Junior Sous with good pastry skills
- Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
- Have experience of working in a busy AA rosette standard Kitchens
- Positive Personality and pro active work skills
